As you can see from our website, it’s taken on a very festive theme over the last couple of weeks, so it can only one thing - the lead up to Christmas!

This year (weather pending) our last Christmas posting dates will be..........

UK Mainland

As of 21st December 2011, any UK mainland order over £60.00 (excl postage) will be upgraded for FREE to a 24 hour courier or timed service (a free addition to the standard shipping cost). If you require this service, but the order value is less, please call us on 01245 264017. Unfortunately, we’re not able to extend this offer to Highlands and Islands addresses.

This offer will be honoured until 12 noon on 22nd December 2011.  Orders received after this time, if they’re small in size will still qualify, but please call us first if you need us to confirm this. This offer ends for all at 16:00 on the 22nd December 2011.

Large orders, or those received  after the cut off points will be sent in the New Year (on, or after January 3rd 2012).

Sales Line - Open Hours

As of December 2nd, lines will be open from 9-5 weekdays.  The lines will be closed from noon on 1st December and from 11am on 16th December, but the website runs 24/7 365, so orders will still be processed via our warehouse.

Availability of Stock
Availability of our stock is very good.  We only sell to you what we actually have in stock!

Last day of business 22nd December
We shall continue sending items until the close of business on 22nd December, but we’re not able to offer any guarantees that parcels sent with non-timed services will arrive in time for the BIG DAY, because the Christmas Holiday has fallen on a weekend this year.

Please bear in mind, that although your order(s) should arrive in time (if ordered by the dates stated above) it is still best to order as early as possible, in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

First day of business in 2012
We shall re-open on the 3rd January 2012. Due to the very large amount of orders we receive over the Holidays, please be sure to allow for a few extra days for any orders to arrive, whether placed during the Holiday or in the early part of the New Year.
