Cast Iron Jaffle Iron
Popularised in both Austria and Indonesia - the Jaffle Iron is the chosen cooking device to cook fruit pies, veggie pies and meat pies - or any pie for that matter! Using a Jaffle Iron
It really couldn't be simpler. First, place two buttered or oiled slices of bread inside the iron. Next, add your favourite filler - close the hinged lid, remove any excess and cook in the hot coals of your fire. It's as simple as that!
