Our Glow in the Dark Utility Rope is a fantastic alternative to our genuine 550 glowing paracord, and it comes in at a fraction of the cost of the 550 glow cord. Glowing rope comes in useful for many different outdoor applications. For example, glowing tarp ridgelines make it easy to identify your surroundings at night, and it's even more useful to highlight guy ropes for tents. As well as these examples, it's also a useful material for paracord bracelet making at a far cheaper rate than genuine 550lb glowing paracord. Glowing rope is also useful for marking pathways to the campsite toilet or for night-time walks and wildlife observation events.

Our budget version of 550 glowing paracord is made from lower cost materials, and uses a different weave to keep the manufacturing costs to a bare minimum. There are no 7-strand inner braids, again, keeping cost to a minimum which we have been able to pass on to you. Genuine 550 glowing Paracord only has advantages over this rope if you are to use it to its full potential, for example, you need 550lb breaking strain, or the inner braids.
