If you are someone that demands the very best from the outdoor equipment that you use, and you are looking for a tarpaulin of the highest standards, then Nordisk is probably the brand for you. Nordisk is a Danish company offering the very best tarps and tents available, each being made from the strongest and lightest materials in production today.
There are several options of Nordisk Voss Tarpaulins (see dropdown) - each being as light as possible, whilst maintaining ultimate strength. Each tarp is fully waterproof and the perfect alternative to a tent, being vastly lighter and more flexible to meet the outdoor camping situations you may face on your adventures.
Nordisk Voss Shelters
Each tarp is made from rip-stop Nylon which has been fully siliconized each side (three layer effect), a feature you won't see on lesser tarps - meaning that the material is rendered completely waterproof. Each tarp is super compact and features reinforced corners which allow for greater pitching options. There are eyelets for use with poles or sticks and there are several size options available. The tarps may be used on their own, or in conjunction with Nordisk tents.
Nordisk Voss Flysheet Size Options
Voss 9 SI - This is the smallest and lightest of the three options, at 290 x 300 cm it is the ideal size for a single person. These tarps offer a hydrostatic head of 3000 mm and a weight of just 58g/m2. There are three attachment points per side (8x total). This tarp is small enough to fit inside a side pocket of a bag, or large jacket pocket.
Voss 14 SI - Measuring 450 x 300 cm this flysheet is a good size for those needing some extra space for their kit. All other spec is the same as the Voss 9 SI.
Voss 20 SI - This is the largest of the Nordisk Voss range, measuring 20m2 (450 x 450 cm). All other specifications are the same as the Voss 9 SI.
All of the tarps come with their own stuff sacks and the tarps are of a natural forest green colour. The stuff sacks are black. We also offer the Nordisk Voss Diamond - please see other listings.
