ID Required Immediately After Purchase
If your order contains an age-restricted product, such as a knife, axe, machete or other bladed article, you must upload your ID immediately after placing your order.
Your order is not considered firm or queued for processing until your ID has been received and approved.
For secure age verification, we only need to see:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- The final five digits of your passport or driving licence number
You may safely redact all other information. Selfies are not accepted.
Late ID submission will delay dispatch and may affect the availability of the products ordered. Once your ID is approved, your order will be added to the processing queue. Delayed submissions may add at least one working week to our normal dispatch time.
Your information is handled securely in accordance with UK data protection law. We do not retain your ID image. A verification pass is added to your order or account, and the submitted file is securely destroyed.
We will send one reminder by email. Until acceptable ID is received, your order will remain on hold.
