Just received my British army bushcraft machete, got to say an excellent purchase, This a sturdy well made item and worth the money, this machete will last quite a long time and will take alot of abuse.....Thanks guys.
received this item a few days ago, and its amazing, in quality, durability, and price! if you only ever buy one machete/golok, this is the one, heavy enough to do heavy woodwork, light enough to clear brush, sharp enough with the slight hollow grind to do finer work.
Excellent tool, but needs work on the handle. After some shaping to afford a firm grip and more of a pommel, it's great for when the knife is too small the the axe is overkill. I recommend this machete from Greenman!
Really good piece of kit, ive tried more expensive machette`s and broken them, enough said.
A nice hard wearing tool at an easily affordable price. The handle is a bit smooth but after wrapping with paracord it is much more comfortable & easier to grip. Excellent
This is a great little machete, I would recommend it to anyone who is into camping and bushcraft, great item from greenman.
I was not expecting such a good quality product for the price. The blade is thick, the handle great quality and its not too long - I've used long machetes that really tire you out in the bush. I've got blades that are 5 times the price but not as functional...awesome.
The handle is not that comfortable I can't use it for long periods of time and I got mine with a dull edge but with a grind and a finish on the stones it's turned out to be an "ok" machete.
Great bit of kit, had to do some work to the edge but other than that this machete is faultless, well balanced & feels good in the hand. would recommend to others above a lot of the more expensive machetes
Great buy, durable practical, just right for what I wanted.
