Description

The Petromax Cooking Trivet (cooking Stand) is the perfect campfire cooking tool, and unlike most other trivets which take up lots of room, the Petromax Trivet collapses, which allows for easy transportation to and from the campsite.

Cooking Trivets and How to use them

Trivets are not something everyone has used. Cooking Trivets are very basic tools for elevating Dutch Ovens and Cooking pots away from the campfire, so that the cooking pot doesn't sit directly onto the hot coals of the fire.

This distance gives you the ability to control the heat applied to the stew pot. Trivets are frequently used in bushcraft.

Petromax Cooking Stand Features

In each leg of the trivet you will find holes which allow tent pegs to fix the unit to the ground to minimise any risk of the unit falling over.
