The 220 grit side helps refine the edge and is ideal for regular maintenance sharpening.
Unlike powered grinders, this hand sharpening puck allows greater control and reduces the risk of overheating the steel, helping protect the temper of your axe or hatchet blade. The ceramic material has a consistent grain structure for efficient sharpening, and no oil is required. For best results, use with water while sharpening.

How to Use:
Use the coarse side for dull or damaged edges and the fine side for routine sharpening. Work in a circular motion across the blade edge, following the natural curve of the axe. Sharpen both sides evenly and apply water to improve performance.
