We bought 10 of these to introduce our Elfin group (6-9 years) to knife use in bushcraft. They arrived very promptly and have worked well on the two sessions we've used them on so far. They have a good edge and the blunt tip makes them just a little safer for younger children while still being a good practical tool.

Incredible value for money, Decent edge, good shape, good general purpose knife. Only the very tip is blunt. If you want a safe knife for beginners - the Mora short blade knife is much better (but 3 x the price). On the other hand if you want a cheap but good knife this is excellent & you could easily sharpen the point if you needed to.
