Fire Fish Cord is US-made and of the same quality and specification as military-grade cordage, with a minimum tensile strength of 550lbs.Using safe dyes and reliable Nylon materials, the Fire Fish paracord is an excellent choice of Type III Commercial paracord. Inside you'll find the usual 7-strand core, but in addition, there is also a strand of natural JUTE TINDER and a length of monofilament fishing line with an 8lb breaking strain.
8lb fishing line is great, because its strong enough to catch most fish, but thin enough so not to spook them, or make the paracord too rigid. The natural jute core may be used to light fires, but is equally as good as a lightweight cordage in its own right.
We recommend this cord for all survival kits, preppers packs and knife wraps.
