

We hold large stocks of most products that we sell. If an item shows as in stock, and the product description doesn’t state otherwise, then you can rest assured we have that product on our shelves ready for a quick dispatch.
This said, please bear in mind that system and human errors do sometimes occur, but this is rare!

Postage and Packing charges for orders within the UK and ROI are based on the following rates. We will send items by either Royal Mail or via our contracted courier depending on the item(s) being sent. Please note that some extra heavy, large or strange shaped items may have a surcharge added to them. If this is the case, this will be clearly stated alongside the item in the basket. We do not hide costs in the postage. We offer fair prices for our products so you pay less on the item.

As a way to reward our loyal customer base you can now collect Oaks Points for every order you place online with us (over many of our websites). You get 10 points for every pound you spend. 250 points = £1.00 to use against future orders. There is no limit to how many points you can spend at one time.
Please note - these can only be collected if your order is placed via our website (excludes telephone orders), and you must use/have a customer account which can be created at the time of your order.

To spend your points, simply log in before you reach the basket page. Once you have done this you will have the option to use your points to reduce your order total.

Unfortunately, as our points system is automated, if you forget to sign into your account, or forget to create an account at the time of your order, then we’re not able to add points manually. This is the same with phone orders.
To qualify you must place your orders online, and be sure to use your account.

Age restricted goods policy
We take this subject very seriously. We DO verify that the DOB provided by you is accurate, and if it fails, your order will not be processed. We will then require further information or refuse the sale. Please note that our checks do not affect your credit rating.

Yes, our courses have been on TV, Radio, Magazines and other forms of media. As have our products.

Yes, we often do, although some packaging is new as we are not always able to keep up with the demand. Please rest assured that if we use recycled packaging for your goods, they will still be as safe as if the packaging was brand new!
We recycle as much packaging as possible. If your package contains polystyrene chips, it is because we are re-using those which we have received. We also shred junk mail to use as packaging. Please re-use the packaging if you can. Remember too that cardboard (after removing tape) can be recycled as green waste at a local recycling centre or better still as a valuable component of your home compost!

We have a very large warehouse stocked full of thousands of different outdoor products and giftware items. We put our most popular ranges on our websites but it’s always worth contacting us to see if we have something not listed on our sites. If we don’t have the product, we can usually obtain most goods within days.

Most orders arrive within just a couple of days, but occasionally this may take a little longer during busy periods. If your order does not arrive within a week then please contact us whilst we’re still able to trace your order.

We are often asked this question and receive CV’s most weeks. We will advertise any positions for work within our education, IT, sales and warehouse positions on the website when, and if they become available.

At the time of ordering we provide the option of choosing a different delivery address to your billing address. After the order is placed I’m afraid we are not able to update this information, so it is important that you get this right at the time of placing your order.

We don’t have shops which are open to the public, but you can request a booking form to visit one of our warehouses. Please don’t turn up unannounced as you will need someone to greet you, hence the booking form.

Currently we only supply the UK and ROI markets, although this may change very soon. It is however always worth asking us via e-mail, just in case as we do sometimes make exceptions to the rule.
