Ganzo G704 is a good looking knife, featuring a drop-point blade which is constructed from high-quality alloy steel (440C) which is able to ward off corrosion. The knife is designed for strength and has a hardness of 58-60 on the Rockwell scale – which demonstrates its durability and edge retention. The handle is made from G10 and has a textured ‘grippy’ surface.
