PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Mora woodcarving basic knife is a fully functional, high quality wood carving knife from Mora of Sweden, and yet by giving the knife a plastic handle instead of the oiled birch wood handle, Morakniv have been able to provide the same type of fantastic outdoor carving knife, but at a low price, making it an excellent solution for those who have a limited budget for outdoor gear, or just want a basic, but very sharp wood carving knife to venture into the hobby with.

The Mora woodcarving basic has an 80mm stainless steel blade, which is easily sharpened, and comes to you with an exceptional edge already, which it holds very well indeed. The blade is an ideal length for carving many shapes and styles. The handle colour is black and measures 110mm.

The basic or first time woodcarver's knife comes complete with a plastic sheath for safely storing the knife, or for adding to a tool belt.

"I was recomended this little knife to start carving with. I cannot fault it. The blade is hardy and cuts real well... what a bargain at the price. Recomended"

StarStarStarStarStarReview By Danny

"Fast delivery and no hassle. The knife came very sharp and didn't need any work to start carving. I started with a bass wood project I needed finished and it cut very well. I the started a birch wood log carving and it continued to perform brilliantly. After all this the blade is still shaving sharp. I would say this knife is a great beginners knife or like me great general sharpening knife."
