This lovely knife (made by Mora) consists of a double edged stainless steel blade and birch wood handle. The blade may be filed flat on one side which enables this knife to be used by either the right or left hand without risk of injury to the thumb from pressure applied to the back of the blade. These knives are ideal for carving spoons and bowls and can often be seen being used on TV and bushcraft courses.
