The blades are made from stainless steel and are supplied in the following sizes (one of each size) …. 12.5" overall with 6.75" blade, 8" overall with 3.75" blade, and 6.5" overall with 3" blade. They’re supplied with an edge, but this will need some work to make them extra sharp. They’re supplied this way to avoid damage whilst in transit and keep production costs low.
